Got it!
Sealed with... no, not a kiss, but Polish language! Hmm, probably there's a Polish Connection here, in Romania. :D
So, you start the phone and get a Polish screen showing some (probably :D) welcome message and two buttons. Both of them labeled with Polish text, of course. Damn, I have to read the manual! :)
...
He he, the small leaflet accompanying the phone is... :D in Polish!
Back to interface. Considering an OK/Cancel layout and the fact that instead of "canceling", one might want to change the default language, I touched the rightmost button. Wow! Ta-daaa, the list of languages! :)
<<Stupid interface designer, why not labeling a language change button with a flag, or something universally acceptable and (more important!) understandable?!>>
Finally, it’s time to get started!!!
I have decided!
June 3, 2011. Finally, after years of waiting, I find myself forced to do it! I have to buy a new phone. And because the old one was one of the best of its times, I'll go for a Samsung Galaxy S II.
I know, it will be a giant leap from my beloved...
ALCATEL 512!
:))
I’m sorry old pal, but since you refuse to charge your battery anymore...
